At Syndicate-LA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
